Jupiter Christian School is proud to partner with home school families through our Athletic Program.

7th-12th Grade Home Education Extracurricular Student Program
Jupiter Christian School welcomes Home Education students interested in Athletics to participate in the Home Education Extracurricular Program. To honor the commitment of our full-time students, Home Education participants are limited to 15% of each roster. Fall, Winter, and Spring application deadlines are listed below. (Multi-sport athletes need only fill out one application.) Please see below for specifics on deadlines, fees, and steps for enrollment.

Home Athletic Extracurricular (7th - 12th)

Program Information

Eligible Home Education students may apply to participate in the Jupiter Christian Athletic Program and become a JCS Eagle student-athlete. To honor the commitment of our full-time students, Home Extracurricular participants are limited to 15% of each roster. Extracurricular-Athletes, if selected on a roster, will receive the same treatment in regard to position as all other teammates and will likewise be required to participate in the same manner as the rest of team including attending all practices and riding the bus with the team.

Program Deadlines

Re-Enrollment for Current Home Extracurricular students will be April 22 to May 13. Please login to the Portal to complete the contract in the yellow banner. After May 13, a new application will need to be submitted for the upcoming school year.

New Home Extracurricular Student applications must be completed (once) within the following timeframes:

· April 22, 2024 – July 15, 2024

o Applications are open for the 2024-2025 Fall, Winter, and Spring Sport Participation.

· October 15, 2024 – December 2, 2024

o Applications are open for 2024-2025 Spring Sport Participation only.

Application Process

· Follow the Apply link (once available).

· Enter the student's name and birth date.

· Select 2024-2025 as the entering year.

· Choose Home Education as the school level.

· Select Home Athlete as the entering grade.

· Complete the application and pay the $150 non-refundable application fee.

Once the Admissions team receives your application, they will email you a checklist of supporting documents to complete your student’s file. Once those documents have been uploaded and reviewed, an enrollment contract will be issued. You will have one week to sign the contract and pay the $800 non-refundable Program Fee.

Once a student is enrolled by the Admissions team, Athletic eligibility will need to be completed through the Athletic team.

Program Fees

· Application Fee: $150

o The non-refundable application fee is due upon submission.

· Tuition Management Fee: $56

o This is a non-refundable annual fee.

· Home Athletic Program Fee $800

o This non-refundable fee is collected once per school year and does not guarantee a position on a team.

· Athletic Fee: $350/Sport

o Athletic Fees are billed to Tuition Management after roster placement.

Athletic Eligibility

· Once the Admissions team confirms your student’s enrollment in the Home Athletic Program, you will need to complete the Athletic Eligibility Forms. Required eligibility forms and recommendations must be submitted before the first day of tryouts. The Athletic Office will reach out after the enrollment contract is completed.
