The East Campus will be kicking off the summer with a fun-filled week of camp! JCS students that are rising PK3-2nd grade are invited to join in the excitement. The week will include special guests, onsite field trips, the bubble truck and so much more! All activities will take place on the East Campus and campers can select either a half or full day option.

Full Day: 8am-3pm 

Half Day: 8am-12pm

• STEM & Robotics Adventure Camp

  • STEM & Robotics Adventure Camp is a high-energy, hands-on where students explore the exciting world of robots, drones, underwater robotics, and digital design through age-appropriate challenges and team missions. Campers will design, build, and code simple robots, practice safely piloting drones through obstacle courses, and experiment with underwater robots to learn how engineers explore and protect our oceans. In addition, students will be introduced to basic CAD design as they create their own parts on the computer and bring them to life with 3D printing, reinforcing real-world engineering skills. Throughout the week, campers develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills while discovering that STEM is creative, engaging, and incredibly fun. This camp will be led by Mrs. Tibbs.

  • Come join this camp to create new and fun things at art camp. We will do ceramics, paper mache, slime, and so much more. This camp is led by Ms. Banas and Mrs. Frankwitt.

  • Each day, students engage in interactive music making through singing, rhythm games, instrument exploration, and creative group activities. Campers rotate through structured music blocks that include ukuleles, keyboards, electronic drums, and percussion, as well as movement-based music games and ensemble work. Throughout the week, students collaborate in small groups to explore rhythm, melody, and musical expression, leading to a final informal performance and music celebration. The camp balances focused music instruction with fun, age-appropriate games and creative projects in a supportive and engaging environment. This camp is led by Mr. Cabrera.

Students will explore the wonders of outer space while learning cool, kid-friendly space facts about planets, stars, astronauts, and galaxies, then bring those ideas to life through hands-on art projects. Each day combines creative expression with fascinating discoveries, helping students build curiosity, confidence, and problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging environment. Campers will experiment with a variety of materials, create out-of-this-world artwork, and leave with both a mini art portfolio and a head full of amazing space knowledge.   • Can you catch a criminal? Join Mrs. Nardia as Jr. Eagles Detectives solve crimes using forensic science, critical thinking, observation, mathematics skills, and teamwork. Each day, students will conduct experiments in one area of forensic science, including fingerprint analysis and examining evidence.
