North Campus (Preschool)

QUARTER 4 CLUBS

Wednesdays

  • Learning Through Music Club: Music is a way to help develop the children’s language skills and a fun way to learn about God through new worship songs. This club will be led by Mrs. Lange.

North Campus Clubs will be hosted March 30 to May 15 from 2:45pm to 3:45pm.

 

East Campus (PK4 to Grade 1)

QUARTER 4 CLUBS

Mondays

  • PK Book Club: Engaging PK3 and PK4 in the story series we love like Pete the Cat, Little Blue Truck, Llama Llama, and more! Focusing on adventure, imagination, and playfulness with a craft each story to foster a love for reading! Come join the fun!! This club is led by Miss Amanda.

  • STEM Club: Let's get ready for some fun at STEM Club! This K/1 club’s activities will include projects that teach creativity, problem-solving skills, ingenuity, resourcefulness, patience, and curiosity. This club is led by Mrs. Silvana.

  • Lego Club: PK4-1st come use your imagination and create with Legos while enjoying friends! This club is led by Mrs. Hubbard.

  • Cultural Cooking: PK4 through 1st students come cook different foods from different countries while enjoying friends! This club is led by Ms. Roxany.

  • Flag Football Club: K/1 students will learn the basics of the game while practicing skills such as throwing, catching, and defensive flag pulling. We will focus on building confidence, sportsmanship, and having fun in a safe and encouraging environment.  This club is led by Mrs. Norus and Mrs. Jones.

Wednesdays

  • Marine Biology Club: K & 1 students will be a part of exploring our beaches and oceans through Marine Biology Club. We will learn all about the beauty that surrounds us. Through hands on projects and lessons, we will enjoy every minute from turtles to sharks! This club is led by Mrs. Kidwell.

  • Worship Club: PK4-1st Come fellowship, learn the moves to chapel songs and dance to worship music with fun disco lights! This club is led by Mrs. Ashlee and Mrs. Silvana.

  • Play-Doh Club: PK3 & PK4 students a fun and squishy club where preschoolers explore creativity and imagination through Play-Doh play! This club is led by Ms. Carlin.

  • MEGA Magnatiles Club: PK4-1st come design, build, collaborate and create with magnatiles, including solo and team build challenges. This club is led by Mrs. Lisa Puddu.

  • Baking Club: Baking with Mrs. Nardia PK4 to 1st grade will have fun baking, learning, building friendships while building their problem solving, motor skills, and self-esteem.

Thursdays

  • Barbie Club: Calling all K & 1st grade girls who love all things pink, coordinating fun outfits, spending time in a Barbie world and loving Jesus! This club is led by Ms. Carlin.

  • Teddy Bear Club: PK3 & PK4 bring your favorite stuffed friend or action figure and join new and old friends in exploring through play and creativity. This club is led by Ms. Nardia.

  • Hot Wheels Club: PK4-1 Students: Vroom, vroom! Join us to build epic tracks, race to victory, and create adventures in Hot Wheels Club... all while making new friends along the way! This club is led by Mrs. Walker.

  • Ukelele Club: Ukulele Club is an after-school enrichment program that introduces K and 1st grade students to basic ukulele playing, rhythm skills, and simple chord patterns while fostering confidence, coordination, and joyful music-making in a Christ-centered environment. This club is led by Mr. Cabrera.

  • Slime and Shine: In “Slime and Shine Club” kids in PK4-1st  mix, squish, and stretch their colorful creations while boosting finger strength and fine motor skills in a fun, ooey-gooey way! This club is led by Mrs. Kayla.

East Campus Clubs will be hosted March 30 to May 15 from 3pm to 4pm.

Elementary School (Grades 2-4)

QUARTER 4  CLUBS

Mondays

  • Worship Club: Worship Club provides the opportunity for students to focus on their personal and spiritual development in their own faith, to lead their peers and JCS community in a Christ-centered influence. The club focuses on reading Scripture, serving anywhere musical worship is offered, praying, and applying their knowledge and gifts to glorify God. Club members lead musical worship at every capacity during weekly chapels for all elementary students, families, and faculty. Worship Club will be led by Mrs. Barbee and Ms. Felizzola
  • Watercolor Painting Club: Students in 2nd through 4th will explore watercolor techniques to create multiple works of art aiming to emulate God’s beautiful creation. This club is led by Mrs. Rickabaugh.

  • Gamers Club: Students in 2nd -4th grade come learn how to play board games and become a board game champion! This club is led by Mrs. Candales.

Tuesdays

  • Threads of Kindness Club: In Threads of Kindness, students will make friendship bracelets and spread positivity though simple acts of kindness. This club is led by Ms. Mastin.

Wednesdays

  • Keyboard Club: Students will learn the basics of piano notes, chords, and rhythms while building the skills to play fun and simple songs. This club is led by Mr. Cabrera.
  • Rainbow Loom Club: A creative Elementary girls club where loom lovers come together to craft colorful Rainbow Loom designs and share new ideas. This club is led by Mrs. Leitner.
  • Film Production Club: Students will learn beginner skills of film production and create short films as a team participating in preproduction, filming, and editing. This club is led by Mrs. Rickabaugh.

Thursdays

  • Strings Club: Continue your adventure on a violin or cello, learn how to play using games, fun music, and time with friends. This club is led by Mrs. Cline.

  • KIDS Club (Kids in Divine Service): KIDS Club is a service club that gives kids the chance to grow in their faith, will serve and share God's love in our community. This club is led by Mrs. Strayer and Mrs. Montgomery.

  • Lego League Robotics Club: 4th through 8th grade- Mrs. Tibbs club is for anyone interested in competitive Robotics. Students will dive deep into Lego League Robotics and continue honing their skills in building and coding robots.

  • Sunshine and Craft Club: This 2nd through 4rd graders come join the crafting party as we make fun summertime crafts together! This club is led by Mrs. Griffin.

Elementary Clubs will be hosted March 30 to May 15 from 3:15pm to 4:15pm.

Middle School (Grades 5-8)

QUARTER 4 CLUBS

Mondays

  • MS Strings Club: Continue and advance on violin or cello, exploring more styles of music and techniques. Have fun making music with friends. This club is led by Mrs. Cline.

  • The Eagle Arcade (Game Club): Game club is an exciting after-school club where middle schoolers can battle it out in board games, team up in strategy challenges, try new games with friends, and have tons of fun in a relaxed, friendly space. This club is led by Ms. Stritzinger.

Wednesdays

  • Stayin’ Alive Club: Students will learn how to respond to an emergency and perform lifesaving skills for breathing, chocking and cardiac emergencies. American Red Cross certification in CPR can be obtained for an additional fee. (Mr. Mastin).

  • Korean Culture and Connections Club: In this club, students will learn about Korean culture while building communication skills by writing friendly emails to 6th grade students in Korea. We’ll explore traditions, food, school life, and more as we connect with peers from another country. All emails will be monitored by teachers to ensure safe and appropriate communication. This club is led by Ms. Mastin.

 

Thursdays

  • Lego League Robotics Club: 4th through 8th grade- Mrs. Tibbs club is for anyone interested in competitive Robotics. Students will dive deep into Lego League Robotics and continue honing their skills in building and coding robots.

Middle School Clubs will be hosted March 30 to May 15 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.
