What is for lunch?

Adult lunch - Pulled pork, cowboy beans, salad, coleslaw, bread, dessert
Children's lunch - Hot dogs, mac n cheese, dessert

Do I have to shoot at the event?

You do not have to shoot - You are welcome to come and enjoy the Outdoor Extravaganza, Kid's Village (more information below) sponsored by GVI Sod, Inc., Vendor Village, and a delicious lunch.

Is there going to be an auction?

Yes, There is going to be a live auction, a silent auction, and a Chinese auction.

Is there going to be a fun raffle?

Yes, there will be several fun raffles, including a chance to win an Apple Watch! You may buy tickets ahead of time and you do not have to be present to win.

What is going to be at the Live Auction?

Guns, vacation packages, sporting event tickets, hunting trips, and a lot more!

What is Kid's Village?

A great place for your kids to enjoy the day in a Christian atmosphere.We will have bungee trampolines, bounce houses, crafts, face and nail painting, photo booth, BB gun range and Santa Clause!

What if I want to learn to shoot?

We will have a 5 Stand for the novice shooter set up and a BB gun range. Both areas are supervised by certified instructors for your help and SAFETY.

What SAFETY EQUIPMENT do I need for shooting?

You must have EYE and EAR PROTECTION while you are on the course or at the 5 Stand or BB gun range.

Do I need a shotgun?

Yes, if you're shooting the event. No MAGNUMS allowed.12 ga, 16 ga, 20ga, 28 ga and .410 are allowed.

How much ammo do I need?

4 boxes (100 rounds) for the event.You may want to bring some extra.Be ABSOLUTELY sure your ammo is the correct gauge for your shotgun.

What shot size do I need?

Number 7 1/2, 8, or 9 shot ONLY. Field loads are fine.

What if I do not own a shotgun?

You can rent a shotgun at Quail Creek Plantation.You must call Quail Creek at (863) 763-2529 and reserve one.

Are golf carts available?

Yes, Golf carts are included in Silver, Gold, and Platinum Teams. Golf carts are available to rent for $80.

What time do I need to be at the event?

7:30 a.m. Saturday, December 1st for Registration, if you are shooting the event.

What time does the shoot start?

Announcements and a SAFETY MEETING will start at 9:00 am. Shooting will start at 9:30 am.

Where will I start shooting?

Your station will be assigned and that information will be included on your score card.

Is lunch available at the event?

Yes, Lunch is included for all registered shooters.Lunch is also available for guests for:Adults - $15 ea and Children - $5 ea. Please register if you would like lunch, so that we can get an accurate head count.
