All JCS families are invited to our Back to School Bash on Tuesday, August 13th. The event is sponsored by the Booster Club and takes place in the West Campus Courtyard from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. This will be a great opportunity to meet other JCS families and enjoy FREE pizza, chicken salad, and Kona Ice along with a bounce house and fun games like corn hole and putt putt.

Lower School Parent Orientation
Grades 2nd—6th

6:00 p.m.
• We begin in the West Campus Gym and move to the classrooms.
• For parents only—no students or younger siblings, please
• At least one parent per family is requested to attend.

 

Tuesday, August 13th

 

East Campus Open House
Grades PK2-1st
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
• This is a time for students and families to meet the teacher, take a walk around campus, and drop         off supplies. This open house format allows families to come in anytime between 9:00 a.m.-11:00         a.m. 
        

Used Uniform Sale

11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• West Campus Uniform Closet Located on the 1st Floor Upper School wing
• Please note: When purchasing new uniforms, Harris School Uniforms is the

• All US Class Schedules will be emailed to new and returning students on August 9th.

Upper School: Wednesday, August 14

Students in grades 7-12 will need to arrive in their first period classroom by 8:30 a.m. (late start Wednesday). Regular start time is 7:50 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. It is highly recommended that you arrive early the first two weeks of school until car line can adjust and traffic returns to normal. Dismissal is at 2:45 p.m.

 

Lower School: Wednesday, August 14
Students in grades 2 – 6 will need to arrive and be prepared in their classroom by 8:00 a.m. Students may be dropped off as early as 7:30 a.m. at no extra charge. Dismissal is at 2:30 p.m. Extended early morning care begins at 7:00 a.m. with drop-off at the front car line. Car line drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m. with grades 2 & 3 at the front car line and grades 4-6 at the back car line.

 

East Campus: Wednesday, August 14

Car line will begin at 7:45 a.m. for students in PK4 - 1st grade. For parents wanting to walk their child to class, classroom doors open at 7:45 a.m. for preschool and at 8:00 a.m. for kindergarten and 1st grade. The dismissal time is 2:40 p.m. for PK2 - K5 and 2:50 p.m. for 1st grade.

2019-20 Food Service Program Update

 

For the 2019-20 school year, student lunch service will include exciting options from local restaurant vendors on a rotating schedule. West Campus parents will be able to set up an account with PaySchools Central and deposit funds for student use as needed. Students will enter a 4-digit code at check out in the café to pay for their meal and a la carte items. Our online menus can be found on the Jupiter Christian School website under parents > Eagle's Cafe. East Campus parents will receive a monthly lunch menu to complete and return to the East Campus front desk.

 

East Campus: Click HERE to access the East Campus August menu. If you would like your child to participate in any of the lunches in August, please make sure this is completed and turned in no later than August 9th.

 

West Campus: You should have received an email with instructions on setting up your child's PaySchool's account. If you would like your child to participate in meals in the Eagle's Cafe, please log in to set up your account and add funds.For questions about the PaySchool program, please contact their customer support line at 877-393-6628.

 

Monthly menus are available on the Eagle's Cafe page on the Jupiter Christian School website. If you have any questions about the Eagle's Cafe lunch program, please contact Cheryl Payne in our Business Office.

Our Business Office & International Student Services Center is now located at 708 Commerce Way, just west of our West Campus (across the street from the ATC). To visit the new location, Commerce Way is accessible from Maplewood Drive via Commerce Lane. The new offices include a beautiful new conference room which needs a name. Several of you have asked if there is an opportunity for naming rights for interested families or businesses, and there is definitely an opportunity to name the conference room before our school year starts. Naming rights are also available on our East Campus for our outdoor pavilion, gym, and more. For additional information on naming rights, please contact our Chief Advancement Officer Darlaine Sisk via email or call 561-354-1917.

The JCS Grace Team is excited to invite you to our Parent Fellowship meetings! We will meet in the West Campus Eagle's Cafe from 8:15 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month. Whether you are new to the school or  are looking for a way to meet people or have joined in the past, we look forward to locking arms with you and lifting up our school and each other in prayer.  Our first meeting of the 2019-20 school year will be on August 22nd.
