Varsity Boys Basketball Team Makes JCS History as Regional Champions

Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Basketball team for being Regional Champions for the first time in JCS Boys Basketball history!  The Eagles secured their win over Champagnat Catholic School with a basket by Gedeon Germinal with 3.1 seconds left in the game.  Toler Reiff was the leading scorer with 13 points, and Gethro and Gedeon Germinal each added 12 points.  It was a team effort from the bench to the coaches to the five on the court. We could not be more proud of our student athletes! A special thank you to our wonderful Eagles' fans for your support.

Calling all JCS parents! We are getting excited for the upcoming Dino-Mite Scholastic Book Fair, which will be held on our West Campus, March 11-15. The fair will offer book selections for students in preschool to 8th grade. We'd like your help to make this book fair experience for our students a stomping, chomping, reading good time!

There are a variety of ways to help from assisting students with book selections, pick up and drop off of refreshments for events, or even ways you can help from home. We have several special events scheduled during the week for moms, dads, grandparents, and our East Campus families. If you would like to be a part of the book fair team, please take a look at the volunteer sign up and find the area that best fits your busy schedule.

We are proud to partner with our JCS parents to help our students develop stronger reading skills and a life-long love for reading. Let's join together to make our book fair Dino-Mite!

If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Sellers, JCS Librarian.
