From the Desk of the President

JCS Family Members,

It is with deep sorrow and heartbreak that I share JCS PE Teacher and JV Basketball Coach Kenny Anders and his wife Jodi have passed away.  Our prayers go out to the family and friends in this difficult time.  The JCS administration has worked quickly and diligently with law enforcement to determine the facts and communicate to the JCS community.  Police indicate they responded to a welfare check at their home last night and located the two deceased individuals, a husband and wife, inside the home.  The details have been reported by the Palm Beach Post ( and although the case remains under investigation, the JCS Administration is working with law enforcement to gather the facts.  Further information will be communicated as it becomes available.

It is in times such as this that we turn to a loving God for peace and comfort.  JCS is a Family; we mourn together in the loss of these loved family members.  There will be a prayer vigil offered for all members of the JCS Family Sunday, December 23, at 7:00 pm on the West Campus, 700 S. Delaware Blvd, Jupiter, FL.  Several pastors from our local churches and counselors will be on hand to assist students, parents, and staff in their processing of this loss.
