Dear Parents,

It's time again to make your selection for the food service option for your student(s) as we prepare for the second semester which begins on January 8, 2019. If you have already selected the full-year option, there is no action needed at this time.

Our student lunch service, in coordination with WT Café, provides a balance of fresh, nutritious, made-from-scratch meals using natural, organic ingredients that also taste delicious.  As the first semester comes to a close, our students have had the opportunity to try out the many options available from hot entrees to a full salad bar, fresh fruit, and dessert as well as hot/cold grab and go items. At this time, it is essential that we have your student's food service program selection in the system no later than December 31, 2018 in order for our Eagle's Café to be prepared to provide the best service beginning with the first day back to school following Christmas break. 

If you have not done so already, please make your student's food service program selection. Even if you are choosing to have your student  bring their own lunch, we need to have that recorded in our system. Please login to your PlusPortals Forms account and make your selection today. 

Eagle's Cafe Food Service Program 2019 2nd Semester

Upper School (7-12 grades)              $700

Lower School (2-6 grades)                $627

East Campus (PK2-1st grades)        $549

Students on the West Campus will receive their Eagles Café second semester ID cards on January 8th. With the meal plan West Campus students enter the cafeteria through the door marked "Meal Plan" and present their ID cards to our Eagle's Cafe staff. Upper School students keep their ID cards and show them when they enter. Lower School teachers give their students ID cards each day as they enter the cafeteria.
