Semester Exam Schedule

Exam week is here! Please be reminded that this week, December 18 - 21, dismissal for Upper School students is 11:55 a.m. each day. Important exam week reminders:

  • It is very important that students be well rested and present for all exams. Make-up exams are for emergencies only and require prior approval from Mr. Zambrano's office.
  • Exams are from 8:00 – 11:55 p.m. Please drop your student off no later than 7:40 a.m. so that they can go to their locker and be in their assigned class and ready to start by 8:00 a.m.
  • Dismissal time is 11:55 a.m. daily.  Please allow your student at least five minutes to get out of class and get to car line.
  • If your student is not scheduled for an exam during a particular period, they are not required to be on campus. We will, however, be offering a study hall in the Media Center daily from 8:00 – 12:00 p.m. for your convenience for any student needing a place to study when they do not have an assigned exam to take.

Admissions Update: Re-enrollment and Applying for Siblings


Jupiter Christian has seen record growth over the past few years. In fact, this year, several of our grade levels were closed due to a high level of enrollment. As the Admissions Office fields calls from new families eager to apply for 2019-2020, it is critical that our current families both apply for possible siblings and/or re-enroll early. Re-enrollment for 2019-2020 will begin January 22 and will continue until classes fill. Enrollment for new families will begin February 22. Admissions applications for the 2019-2020 school year are already being processed and there are classes that will fill by the end of February.


Please be aware of the following re-enrollment and sibling application deadlines:


December/January Admissions - Applications for JCS siblings should be submitted

January 22 - Re-enrollment for current students will open (forms will be available in Portals)

February 15 - Financial Aid annual (re)applications due for current families

February 22 - Enrollment Opens for new students


As always, if you know families that might be a wonderful addition to our JCS family, please encourage them to apply early. Thank you for sharing our JCS gem with your friends!


It's time again to make your selection for the food service option for your student(s) as we prepare for the second semester which begins on January 8, 2019. If you have already selected the full-year option, there is no action needed at this time.


Our student lunch service, in coordination with WT Café, provides a balance of fresh, nutritious, made-from-scratch meals using natural, organic ingredients that also taste delicious.  As the first semester comes to a close, our students have had the opportunity to try out the many options available from hot entrees to a full salad bar, fresh fruit, and dessert as well as hot/cold grab and go items. At this time, it is essential that we have your student's food service program selection in the system no later than December 31, 2018 in order for our Eagle's Café to be prepared to provide the best service beginning with the first day back to school following Christmas break. 

If you have not done so already, please make your student's food service program selection. Even if you are choosing to have your student  bring their own lunch, we need to have that recorded in our system. Please login to your PlusPortals Forms account and make your selection today.

The Jupiter Christian Baseball Coaching Staff & Varsity players invite all 5th-8th graders to come out for a FREE two-day baseball camp! This is a great opportunity for 5th graders to see what to expect when they join the middle school program next year. On Saturday after camp, there will be a BBQ for players and parents. Plan to stay, eat, and talk about the upcoming season with our coaches. Bring a friend or neighbor; all 5th-8th graders are welcome!
