Dear Parents,
We wanted to share an update with you on the progress of our new West Campus cafeteria, Eagles Café. As you know, we are currently operating with a limited menu until the cafeteria renovations are completed. Construction is currently underway and we anticipate the completion no later than October 15th. Once the cafeteria is complete, students on the meal plan will have access to a full salad bar, hot entrees in the portion size of their choosing, beverage dispensers, cold grab and go items and much more. Students on the 3 month trial will have 1 month to experience the full service cafeteria before the trial is complete on November 16th.
Here are some of the things students can expect on the menu:
- Hamburgers/Cheeseburgers and fries
- Chicken Tenders
- Penne Alfredo with Chicken or Broccoli
- Pizza
- Spaghetti and Meatballs
- Mojo Pork with Beans, Rice and Peppers
- Quesadilla with or without chicken, with or without veggies
- Chicken Parmesan or Pasta with Marinara
- Pulled pork sandwiches and baked beans
- Taco bar and/or burrito bowl bar
- Mac & Cheese and buffalo chicken
- Roasted Chicken and potatoes
- Turkey wraps and subs
- Ham and cheese wraps and subs
- Chicken Caesar wraps and salads
- Ham and cheese wraps and subs
- Chicken Caesar wraps and salads
- Hot Dogs with toppings
- Sausage and peppers
- Hot roast beef sandwiches
- Roast Pork with mashed potatoes
- Teriyaki noodle bowls
- Roasted Turkey with mashed potatoes
- Side hot and cold veggies with hummus, ranch and other dipping sauces
- Side fruits with yogurt, granola and other toppings
- Chips, popcorn and pretzels
- Yogurt, cheese sticks, applesauce
- Side salads and much more!
