Dear JCS Parents,

We shared with you last month about our 2018-19 school theme: A Community of Grace. Over the summer, we set out together as a school family on a quest to cultivate a grace-filled community at Jupiter Christian.  It began with our faculty, staff and Upper School students reading the book The Cure by John Lynch, which has been described by JCS Bible Teacher Jeremy Eagan as a "book (that) uses the power of story to transform us by renewing our minds (Romans 12:2) to the wonderful will and work of God; the scandal that by grace we are saved through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9) and are forever found in the uncondemning love of God (Romans 8). 

We have begun to incorporate this spirit of grace into every area of our school from our classrooms to our athletic and fine arts programs to chapel and GAP groups, and even our new parent ambassador Grace Team. This week our high school students have been on a compelling retreat where they have been hearing directly from The Cure and The Cure & Parents Author John Lynch.

As JCS parents, you now have the unique opportunity, this Sunday, to join us for a parenting seminar with Mr. Lynch at our East Campus. The event is co-sponsored by Jupiter Christian School and CrossPointe Church of Jupiter.
