Welcome back for the second semester of the 2017/18 school year.  We are grateful for our partnership with you in 2017 and look forward to all that God has planned in 2018. 

Join our Fine Arts Department on Thursday, January 25th at 7:00 p.m. in the Gymatorium as we honor our distinguished fine arts students at the Tri-M Music Honor Society and National ART Honor Society Induction. The evening will feature the induction ceremony, reception and art exhibit. Friends and family are encouraged to attend.

The JCS Community Service Club is collecting very gently used or new jeans for children in West Virginia from January 8th – 31st. Consider donating a pair (or two) of jeans. Bring your jeans to the JCS front office or Rm 201. Please also consider donating $1.00 per pair to help with UPS shipping.

Welcome back to the for the second semester of the 2017/18 school year.   As we enter into the new semester, please be reminded of the car line procedures.  These procedures alleviate the bottlenecks and unsafe driving practices.  Please note how traffic is separately routed to each our student pickup locations.
Front Car Line ( 3 year old thru 1st grade)
1. Coming from Indiantown Road, proceed south on Delaware Blvd. to the Front Car Line entrance.
2. Coming from Toney Penna Dr. proceed as follows:Turn onto Mohican Blvd.

• Then turn left onto Cayuga Street and proceed north to Mohawk Street.
• Turn left onto Mohawk and then make your first right onto S. Caloosahatchee Ave.
• Head north and turn left onto Cherokee Street. Proceed west to Delaware Blvd and turn left and proceed to the Front Car Line entrance Back Car Line (2nd grade thru 12th)

Back Car Line (2nd grade thru 12th)

 1.  Coming from Indiantown Road proceed as follows:

• Option 1 - Turn south onto Delaware Blvd and make left onto Cherokee Street. Then turn right onto S. Caloosahatchee Ave. and proceed to Mohawk St. Turn right on Mohawk and then make left into JCS and proceed to the Back Car Line.
• Option 2- Turn south onto S. Caloosahatchee Ave. and proceed to Mohawk Street. Turn right onto Mohawk and then make left into JCS and proceed to the Back Car Line
   

2. Coming from Toney Penna Dr. proceed as follows:

• Turn onto Mohican Blvd.
• Turn left onto Iroquois St. and proceed to Mohawk St.
• Turn left on Mohawk and then make left into JCS and proceed to the Back Car Line.

Impact is a group of 5th grade girls who strive to impact their school and community through kindness and outreach projects. Impact is collecting T-shirts (new and old) for an outreach project to benefit the Florida Key's. The girls will be using the T-shirts to create beach bags. T-shirt collection will take place until January 30th. The beach bags will be sold at school and the profit from these sales will be sent down to the Key's with the JCS team in March.
