ACT/SAT Tests
It is the student's responsibility to register for ACT and SAT tests and to have the scores sent to colleges and universities to which application is being made. Students should begin registering to take their first SAT or ACT test early in the junior year. Please check the ACT WEBSITE and SAT WEBSITE for testing dates and registration deadlines. We recommend that students take both the SAT and ACT as a baseline to determine which score is more optimal and then choose a test and begin studying. Students can utilize free resources with Khan Academy or ACT Academy to assist in preparation for exams.
PSAT/ACT Aspire Tests
All Jupiter Christian School students are automatically registered for the PSAT 10, PSAT-NMSQT and ACT Aspire tests. The tests are administered during the regular school day. Results are sent home or accessible onlone and reviewed with students during Guidance meetings. These tests support the ultimate goal of achieving test success for college admission and scholarship purposes.
