The natural habitat will be preserved. We are donating 25 acres of the Blue Waterway Canal (C-18) for environmental preservation. Hometown Hero Housing will be a part of the property, which will provide attainable housing for teachers, firefighters, police officers, and TOJ Employees. As well as our school campus, there will be town infrastructure improvements, including the building of Island Way South.

Middle and High School educational institution will be opened at one time in August of 2028, along with world-class athletic facilities. In a future phased approach, we will be adding a Performing Arts and Cultural Center, along with an Elementary School.

We are looking to retain the assets that are owned and operated by JCS.
