We are pleased to announce that Chris Gannon, creator and CEO of Bolay Restaurant, will be the commencement speaker at the 2019 Jupiter Christian School Graduation Ceremony on May 31.
Prior to opening the new fast-casual Bolay restaurant, with ten locations across South Florida, Chris was a professional polo player and became one of the youngest players to ever win the prestigious US Open Polo Championship in West Palm Beach. Chris graduated from Florida State University with a degree in finance. While at FSU, he portrayed the famous Chief Osceola aboard Renegade at all of the home football games. Today, he is a successful entrepreneur and was named in the "40 Under 40" category of South Florida Business Executives in 2018. The South Florida Business Journal hailed Bolay, founded in 2016 by Chris and his father Tim, as the Business of the Year this year. In his free time, he also gives back to the community through many philanthropic endeavors including the Charity Polo Classic supporting the Children's Cancer Center in our local area, along with his work for global organizations such as the Red Cross and March of Dimes.
We are thankful to have Chris, his wife Jacqui, and their two children as part of the JCS family.
